Internal quality assurance system (IQAS)

The Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) of the Terrassa School of Industrial, Aerospace, and Audiovisual Engineering (ESEIAAT) is a proprietary management system designed to ensure the quality of its educational offerings and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

This system follows the guidelines recommended by the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU) and the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), adhering to the principles of legality, publicity, transparency, and participation.

Certificate

The IQAS operates based on a set of projects, as shown in the figure. The Strategic Plan and the Quality Policy and Objectives are the elements that guide its proper functioning. A series of contributions from stakeholders provide valuable input for the system’s review, which is formalized in the Annual Review and the Improvement Plan. A Public Information System, through the WEBSITE and the Single Annual Document (SAD), ensures the transparency of the entire system.
