Placement Offer

Apply for a Placement

What do I need to do to obtain a placement?

Regulations: Firstly, you should consult the mobility regulations of ESEIAAT, where you will find the necessary academic conditions to participate in mobility programs, the description of the application process, and the allocation criteria

Select possible destinations: Secondly, assuming you meet the regulations, you need to decide whether you want to do your Bachelor's or Master's thesis and/or take courses at other universities. You should search for universities where you can pursue the studies you desire, taking into consideration the recognition of credits upon your return.

Below, you will find the list of available placements by degree, along with the link to the website of each university and a map showing the universities with which ESEIAAT has an academic exchange agreement. In addition to regular mobility, ESEIAAT offers master's students the opportunity to access an even broader international experience through DOUBLE INTERNATIONAL DEGREE programs.

It is important to note that in order to have the credits earned during mobility recognized, a prior academic agreement (pre-commitment) must be established, specifying the names and contents of the studies to be undertaken. This agreement must be approved by the corresponding academic sub-directorate.

Placement Allocation Process, based on applications.

During the specified deadlines according to the calendaryou can apply for a maximum of 6 placements, in order of preference, through the e-Secretariat.

Mobility placements will be allocated in accordance with ESEIAAT regulations. The allocation results will be published on the school's website and e-Secretariat. From that moment, the student must accept or decline the assigned placement, and they may also submit appeals within the specified timeframe on the ESEIAAT mobility website.

For students who have submitted an application but have not been allocated a placement, or have declined the assigned placement, a second application period is provided after the deadline for accepting the allocated placements. During this period, students can apply for any remaining vacant placements.

The placement allocation after this second application period will be final, and once the placements are accepted, the student's nomination for that placement will be communicated to the assigned university.

The acceptance or rejection of the assigned placement must be done through the e-Secretariat within the specified timeframe. Acceptance implies the commitment to participate in the exchange. Non-acceptance of the placement will be considered as a withdrawal.

SICUE AND CINDA PROGRAMS: These programs have their own specific calls.

Nomination

Once the placement is allocated, the School will inform the destination universities about the selected students.
