Career Guidance
We work to strengthen the relationship between the university and industry by managing and promoting external internships for our students in companies and institutions, so that our graduates are in an optimal position for entering the labour market.
Information to support job placement and contact with companies
UPC Alumni job board
UPC Alumni is a service that the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) offers to its graduates, and to those who are or have been linked to the university. Its main aim is to strengthen their sense of belonging to the UPC and to offer them services and resources that make interaction easier, as well as the chance to build new professional and personal relationships through the network.
Graduates
ESEIAAT graduates and final-year students can register as UPC Alumni and enjoy access to the Job Board and other benefits, such as support for career development through job-search workshops, participation in the Virtual Employment Fair, attendance at events and conferences, access to loans for training abroad, participation in UPC Alumni clubs by school or specific interest, professional networking activities, and more.
The new Job Board allows searches by areas of interest or by groups, since companies can choose whether they are addressing graduates of a specific school or posting their offer for everyone. Students who are about to finish their studies and are no longer looking for internships in companies can also access it.
Graduate registration on the UPC Alumni Job Board
Companies
Companies can register on the UPC Alumni Job Board, which brings together all the job boards of UPC schools and faculties. This means your offers will be visible to all final-year bachelor's students, all master's students and all graduates who become Alumni Premium members. Companies and organisations will also be able to carry out an active, advanced search for candidates.
The first time you access the UPC Alumni portal you will need to register. Once validated, you will receive your access passwords for the portal by email. After logging in to the platform, you can choose whether the offer is posted generally for all UPC Alumni members or addressed to ESEIAAT students and graduates.
