  1. Advising & Registration

    At the start of each semester all ERASMUS students formally register with the university.

    All students must also complete enrolment and registration at the beginning of their period of study at ESEIAAT (UPC). You will receive more information about the enrolment and registration on your acceptance letter.

    ESEIAAT (UPC) admission and enrollment procedure for exchange students is different from the procedure for regular students degree students.

  2. Student Identity Card

    Student ID card is issued to incoming students and is required for borrowing books from the library, using computer facilities, etc. You will be allowed to collect your Student ID card at ESEIAAT reception desk only after enrolment. The ID requires a passport-size photograph that you will have to provide in advance.

  3. Applying for Accommodation

    Provided your application to study at ESEIAAT (UPC) is received by the stated deadline, you may then apply for accommodation.

  6. Orientation Week

    UPC provides an orientation program designed to help incoming students during their stay in Catalonia. The program takes place the first two weeks of September (Autumn Semester) and the first two weeks of February (Spring Semester) and is divided in instructional units designed to help students to get through the paperwork upon arrival and also get in touch with the Spanish and Catalan culture.

    These activities are organised by UPC International Students Office (ISO).

  7. SALSA'M, the UPC's buddy programme

    The aim of the programme is to offer international students who come to the UPC personal support by local students who, in acting as buddies or mentors, help them to integrate academically, establish relationships with local students, get to know their way around and practise languages.
