El Grup de Recerca CATMECH ha adquirit una llicència anual educativa del software de simulació SIMSCALE, que posa a disposició a tota la comunitat UPC.

La llicència és activa a partir d'avui.

Per activar-la, s'ha d'accedir amb el compte Google de la UPC al web https://www.simscale.com

Les instruccions per activar-la, trameses des de Simscale son aquestes:

The activation process :

1 - On first login from one of the approved users (whether they already have a SimScale account or not does not matter),
==> the system will take 10-20 minutes to detect that the users should be upgraded from Community to Academic.
==> During those 20 minutes, users will have Community access with 10 simulations included. This is normal.

2 - After those 20 minutes, if the users log out and back in, they should be upgraded to Academic plan for 12 months, without the Community limitations.
