    Descripció:

    Nowadays there is a great interest in the development of LEO constellations of satellites to provide communication services. In order to design a successful constellation, it is necessary a thorough analysis of the spacecraft requirements, more specifically a proper dimensioning of the power system (PV array, battery capacity, etc).

    Objectius:

    The goal of this project is to perform a mission analysis from the point of view of power management. For this purpose, we will use a model that includes orbital parameters, ADCS, PV specifications, battery characteristics, etc in order to validate the spacecraft design.

    Tasques a realitzar / Característiques:

    - To adapt an existing simulation model based on Matlab/Simulink to a particular mission (Sateliot LEO constellation) - Definition of spacecraft power demand (payload, ADCS system, OBC, etc). Definition of battery capacity, solar pannels,etc - Study of different mission scenarios - Mission analysis
